1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using InvoiceDubai.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

InvoiceDubai is a free, browser-based tool that helps you create UAE tax invoices and salary payslips as PDF files. Document generation happens in your browser. An optional account lets you save documents, add branding, and email invoices.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for the email address you sign in with and for any activity carried out under your account. We use magic-link sign-in (a one-time link sent by email), so please keep your inbox secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful documents
• Impersonate another person or business
• Bypass security, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or to admin areas (/app, /admin, /api)
• Send unsolicited or spam email through the "send to client" feature
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or repackage the Service without written permission

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and business details you enter. By saving content to your account you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your business data to train AI models or for marketing.

7. Intellectual property

The InvoiceDubai name, logo, design, and software are owned by Kreative Minds. You may not copy, modify, or use them without prior written permission, except for the documents you generate using the Service for your own business use.

8. No professional advice

InvoiceDubai is a document generation tool, not a tax, legal, or accounting service. The templates aim to include the fields commonly required for UAE tax invoices and MOHRE-style payslips, but compliance with your specific situation is your responsibility. See our Disclaimer for details.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Kreative Minds and InvoiceDubai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Kreative Minds, InvoiceDubai, and our affiliates from any claim or demand arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we will delete your account data, subject to any retention required by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
